When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you.

Payment should be made within 3 days of confirmation, and all dispatches will be made within 3-4 working days. Dispatch times may vary according to availability.

Please allow 9-12 working days for the shipment to arrive after dispatch from our stockists.

Items sold cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless there are manufacturers' defects, which are check for before shipment.

Colour differences and sizing issues are not considered defects.

All complaints accompanied by a close up shot of the item in question will be addressed more swiftly, and refunds will be in the form of credit with this account for your next purchase.
